Podcast Host

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Help drive ideation & content for podcasts.
2. Prepare program scripts & interview outlines.
3. Record interviews, attend meetings and meet guests.
4. Host monthly podcasts to bring intelligent analysis and insights to light around anything related to Eritrea.
5. Exhibit authenticity, empathy, credibility, and curiosity.
6. Support the production team with finding guests.
7. Represent Reclaim Eritrea publicly at events for marketing & fundraising purposes, to include moderating or hosting outside events to bring greater visibility to the show.
8. Minimum: 2 hours a week.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Highest standard of personal and professional integrity.
2. Excellent command of the English language. Including an appreciation of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
3. Creative, organized, self-motivated & able to work independently or in a team with little direction.
4. The capability of meeting tight deadlines.
5. The ability to prioritize essential tasks.
6. Passion for the cause.
7. Proficient with G Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, WordPress & YouTube.
